Refund policy

Thank you for checking out Baker’s Drive Thru merch. We are excited to bring a little Inland Empire pride straight to your doorstep.

All merchandise is printed on demand through our production partner Printful. Because each item is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Email merch@bakersdt.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Photos of the item

Printful will review the claim and remake the item if it meets their replacement criteria.
Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns for wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or wear and tear
  • All sales are final once an order is placed
